The Staff
Grace Hill Adult Care consist of
experienced caregivers committed to the health, safety and well-being of our residents. All employees are required by Grace
Hill Adult Care, to encompass the same philosophy, which is - our belief that our Resident's must have a loving home that
promotes dignity, independence and choice while still preserving our Resident’s safety and well-being.
We have constructed an atmosphere
in which the community we serve can participate with, add to, and enjoy the residents we care about.
We have taken every measure possible
to hire the utmost highest quality professionals.
All of our employees undergo a thorough
credentialing and screening process that includes drug testing, background checks and a pre-employment check for OIG sanctions.
Tuberculosis testing is another pre-employment requirement that is put in place to protect the health of our residents.
All of our employees are required
to do residential emergency drills (fire) every three months. The residents assisted to do fire drills every six months, so
that all staff knows exactly how to assist each of the residents in an emergency situation.
Grace Hill Adult Care strives to
deploy employee excellence. Using proper management techniques we have fashioned a healthy, safe, and positive environment
for all of our employees to grow and develop in an encouraging manner.
Our caring staff is on-site and awake
24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we have specially trained staff, to administer or assist with administration of medications.
Grant Hill Adult Care employs a registered
nurse that comes to our home on a periodic basis along with two Medical Doctors that attend to the Residents every week. The
medical staff is on call call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
