Is the Staff at the home courteous and friendly? Employees for Grace Hill Adult Care are carefully selected by their caring manner and experience working with the elderly. They will open the front doors with a smile. Our home requires and encourages an environment of friendship and warmth between our residents and staff. Many facilities have poor staffing ratios, which can result in poor care and/or actual abuse of the residents.

Does our home allow its residents to age in place? Residents want the ability to stay in the same facility when their health begins to fail. We want all of our residents to embrace quality of life as well as quality of care, and we support the resident’s decision to live and die in the place they now call home.
